This is an old heirloom variety of tomato which I first grew in 2023. It grows quite tall; above 2 metres if you allow it; but of course you can nip off the top of the plant to keep it shorter. The foilage is quite sparse relative to other tomato varieties, so it shouldn't block out too much light in the greenhouse despite its height.
It bears exquisite pear shaped fruits which are exceedingly attractive on the plate and quite fleshy in texture. I sell these to a local restaurant and cafe.
