Borage (Annual)

Borage, also known as starflower, is an easy-to-grow annual herb with edible flowers that are very attractive to bees, flowering from June until October.
Flowers are most often blue, although pink flowers are also seen sometimes, and pure white flowers plants often appear. The blue flower is genetically dominant over the white flower.
Borage flowers are edible and have a sweet, honey-like taste and can be used to decorate desserts, cakes and salads.
