A distinctive feature of Ramiro pepper is a narrow pod and a bend in the middle. There are creases in the area of the stalk. The plants are covered with wrinkled foliage with an elongated ovoid configuration and a rich green color. During flowering, the vegetable crop expels numerous white buds.
The flesh of the elongated cone-shaped fruits is tender, and the taste is expressive. They perfectly complement various dishes.
As the vegetables ripen, they change their original color, from green to intense red. Peppers can be pickled and frozen, make preparations for the winter.
