I first grew this in 2025 as I am drawn to unusual colours in tomatoes.
This one certainly impressed me with its marked stripy appearance (Unlike another alleged stripy variety I grew which had no stripes at all!).
It grows quite tall (about 2 metres) so will need staking and is productive, so I will certainly be growing it again in 2026. It appears to have some splitting resistance which is useful when growing tomatoes in a wet climate, although I only grew it in a polycarbonate tunnel.
I cant comment on taste as I dont eat tomatoes (!) but it is certainly juicy and judjing by the plummy dark colour I suspect it has a complex flavour similar to other purple/black tomatoes.
Quite a slender gracile plant with relatively sparse foilage so it does not shade out other plants.
